This print shows a turtle in the centre surrounded by clean, clear water. In the Torres Straits, the water is some of the clearest in the world and when the wind drops, you can see straight down to the ocean floor and turtles swimming near the surface above the reef. The circle patterns represent the sunlight reflecting off clear, still water which is the best time to go turtle spotting.
