This mono print mine was inspired by the famous MABO CASE and Torres Strait Island  (TSI) FLAG which both celebrating 30yrs anniversary this year.

30 yrs of MABO DAY we celebrated on 3rd of June and the 30 yrs since Our TSI FLAG was celebrated on the 29th of May.

I highly respect the Late Mr Eddie Koiki Mabo for standing up for Our Rights . And I also highly respect Our Nation flag which identifies Us as a People from up here in the beautiful Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait).
